MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Gentle, rhythmic movements encourage lymphatic flow to help reduce the appearance of facial puffiness and fluid retention.
BUCCAL MASSAGE
Performed from inside the mouth with gloved hands to access deeper facial muscles, particularly around the cheeks, jaw, and mouth.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Intentional techniques work with the fascia and soft tissue to address areas of restriction and held facial tension.
SCULPTING
Focused massage techniques encourage circulation and temporarily enhance the appearance of facial definition and contour.
TENSION RELEASE
Especially satisfying for anyone who carries tension through the jaw, brows, temples, neck, or shoulders.
DEEP RELAXATION
Results-driven doesn’t mean you have to white-knuckle your way through it. This treatment is equal parts intentional technique and nervous-system-level exhale.
What Happens During the Treatment?
Your treatment begins with a thorough cleanse before moving into intentional work across the décolleté, neck, and face. Manual lymphatic drainage helps address visible puffiness and fluid retention before deeper sculpting, myofascial, and tension-releasing techniques are incorporated where your face needs them most. Buccal massage is performed intraorally with gloved hands, allowing me to work the muscles of the cheeks and jaw from an entirely different angle. Your treatment is finished with customized skincare, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less… clenched.
Okay... But What Is Buccal Massage?
Buccal massage is an intraoral facial massage technique—meaning part of the massage is performed from inside the mouth while I wear gloves. Working both internally and externally allows access to facial muscles that are difficult to address through traditional facial massage alone, particularly through the cheeks and jaw.
It can be especially satisfying for clients who hold noticeable facial tension or simply want a deeper, more comprehensive approach to facial massage.
And yes, having someone massage the inside of your mouth sounds a little weird until you experience it. Then it makes sense.
The Lymphatic Piece
Manual lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic movements designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. On the face, this can help temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness and create a fresher, more defined look.
The pressure is intentionally gentle—lymphatic work isn’t a “harder is better” situation. I incorporate drainage through the face, neck, and décolleté before progressing into deeper sculpting and tension-focused techniques.
